Small Group Training
Small group training at Olympia Performance is coach-led athletic programming for 4-8 people working through the same session at the same time. You get the structure of a private session, the energy of a team workout, and access to our full 24/7 West Island facility — with a real coach on the floor watching every rep.
Sessions run 60 minutes with a coach leading 4-8 athletes through a programmed strength, conditioning, or HYROX-style workout. Every rep is watched. Every load is scaled to the athlete in front of the coach.
You sign up for a session block, get a written program, and train alongside others working at your level. The coach corrects technique, adjusts loads, and keeps the room moving. You leave with a measurable result — a heavier lift, a faster split, a cleaner movement — not just a sweat.
